SHIPPING POLICY
Bags ordered from Una de Monaco will be shipped within 5~10 working days depending on the countries we ship to. Domestic Delivery in South Korea will be within 3 working days.
Jewelry ordered from Una de Monaco are on a made to order basis. Our delivery time frame is from 3-4 weeks to reach your door. If you need an item by a specific date,please inform us and we will do our best to meet it.

Customs are dependent on the country and state you're having the item shipped to as customs duty and taxes differ from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure of any applicable taxes and customs charges. Please note that customs duty or local tax is not included in the price.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Una de Monaco and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
RETURN POLICY
We know you're going to love your products. But if you don't for any reason you are welcome to return your item in unworn condition within 30 days of receiving them. We'll refund you 100% of the price you paid for your item, excluding the shipping fee we charged you. You are only responsible for the one-way return shipping and insurance to cover any accidental loss or damage during transit.
If you wish to return or exchange your item(s):
1. Please contact our Returns Team for a Return Number within 30 days of receiving your order. Please have the following information ready:

2. Please write the Returns Number on your invoice in the space provided, and tick the item(s) you are returning. Please include your completed invoice inside of your returns parcel.
3. You should have received a Una de Monaco Shipping Address Label inside your package. Please remove all existing labels on the package and affix the Shipping Address Label provided.
4. Please ship the item via an insured mail service. We recommend Royal Mail, DHL, or Fedex. Once we receive the item, we will refund your card within 14 working days.
